CANCELLATION POLICIES: Our staff would greatly appreciate any cancellations to be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We do understand emergencies and accidents happen that prevent you from making it to your appointment time. Please call us, or facebook message us to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of $25.00.
No-shows will result a fee up to 50% of the entire appointment cost.

- 2nd “no show offense”
- pay half of entire grooming cost
- 3rd “no show offense”
- you will be required to pay half of grooming cost and will have to pre pay for following appointment
LATE ARRIVALS: Please respect our time and other peoples appointments. If you know that you are going to be late, PLEASE call us and we will do everything we can to still be able to give you the service you have booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service and still be on time for our next scheduled pet. This will be considered a late-cancel and subject to cancellation fees.
PAYMENT: We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard. For checks there will be NSF return check fee. Payment is expected at time of service.
